Human resources specialist focused on improving business performance by engendering high level performance from its people. Motivated by close partnerships with businesses to add value through ‘best of breed’ ideas and solutions.
Senior HR business partner with strong generalist skills including employee relations, TUPE, redundancies and restructuring. Sue recently completed projects involving outsourcing of IT and operations departments, the TUPE transfer of 100 staff, and acted as interim Head of HR for a financial services firm.
Peter specialises in career transition, coaching at high levels, and learning and development. An HR generalist, Peter has recently completed projects such as outplacement for the IT and operations teams of an asset management company, and providing outsourced HR generalist support to an estate agency and to a training company.
David’s specialisms include mentoring, senior manager development workshops and graduate training programmes. He’s also a PRISM neuroscience-based tool specialist. His recent projects have included workshops for senior management on how to manage teams, and coaching of Chairmen and CEO of SMEs.
David is one of the leading specialists in reward and performance management within financial services and beyond. He has recently led a London banks compensation survey and advised a bank board on compensation restructuring. Bringing a high level of skill and experience, David has also recently reviewed the compensation plans of a wealth management provider and a various banks.
With experience running Europe-wide cross-cultural workshops, Anita specialises in leadership development and cultural awareness, as well as coaching leaders and teams. She has recently worked with a senior management team within the wealth management sector to coach the senior leaders, as well as training graduates with various clients.
Kevin is a senior HR business partner and HR strategy specialist. He has recently acted as Interim Head of HR for a Dutch financial services firm, and managed a large change project for a global pharmaceutical firm. With a wealth of experience, Kevin makes an excellent senior HR adviser.
Camilla Is a senior HR business partner and recruitment / resourcing specialist. She has undertaken a variety of projects including a high level grievance investigation on behalf of an investment bank, hearing redundancy appeals as well as market and salary reviews for call centre staff. Camilla is a valued adviser on recruitment strategy.
Jamie’s experience and specialisms are sales, customer service and leadership. He has recently completed a Key Account Management programme for a large construction company’ and is currently delivering a series of sales training workshops for one of the world’s foremost online travel companies. Jamie is also experienced in the design and delivery of customer service at banks.
Tony is a coaching, mentoring and leadership development specialist. He has recently coached several board members of a high level financial instituion. He prepared a management training plan for 5,000 volunteers at the 2012 London Olympics, and has coached the senior management team at a leading university.
Louise is an experienced governance and organisation development professional. She has advised on board on governance best practice, effectiveness, director development and risk culture. She was co-leader for the City HR Association task force on the Senior Manager Regime, was the Executive Director for Human Resources at the Bank of England also spent 10 years in senior roles at GlaxoSmithKline plc.
Gerry is an experienced HR executive who is spearheading our initiative to grow our business in the US. She has worked for several leading global financial services firms in a senior leadership capacity. Her expertise includes employee relations, litigation risk management, talent acquisition, talent management, reductions in force, change management and company reorganisations. Gerry is certified as a Conversational Intelligence Coach, an Executive Coach and a Master Career Coach. She is also skilled in administering a number of assessment instruments as MBTI, TKI, ELI and SEIQ. In addition she is qualified as an Arbitrator, Community and Workplace Mediator.
